I see what’s going on, it’s asking for credit when you post it.  But it wasn’t asking that from my browser at work.

Because putting the image source somehow transforms it from copyright infringement. Also, somehow prevents your images from being stolen I guess! Probably. Definetly.

I couldn’t post for months (Kinja login was stuck in an endless loop) , and now all copying and pasting is disabled in the site — with a popup warning message from Kinja. I literally can’t even quote someone I’m replying to.

Mobile is still semi-functional, but photos require credit now which just adds a layer of hassle.
